HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1
At the first appointment each jewellery item will be discussed. Photocopies will be taken of any certificate, receipts and original valuations.
A full condition report and clean on the jewellery will be carried out prior to valuing. We will safely keep your items during this whole process or the valuation cannot be carried out.
STEP 2
After we have done a full condition report on the items you will be contacted with any quotes to repair should you want to go ahead or leave the items as they are.
STEP 3
This will be the collection appointment. Your items value and repairs will be discussed. We will issue the valuation, invoice and receipt after taking final payment.
