HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1
Firstly, we will need to see the jewellery and discuss our thoughts on repair.
We will complete a thorough condition report and advise on any issues found and how to overcome. This could take up to 3 days depending on the repair.
STEP 2
If we do not need to see you for a second appointment, you will be contacted with an accurate price and time frame to complete. If you are happy to proceed we continue to step 3.
STEP 3
The repair will be finished in the agreed timeframe and ready for collection via an appointment. We will discuss any changes and the work carried out as well as any warnings or future requirements.
Payment will be taken. You will have a receipt and guarantee for 12 months
